Painter of the Wind I just finished watching the korean drama. The synopsis of the story is : Shin Yoon Bok is a talented painter who disguises herself as a boy to search for her father’s murderer and meets a master painter who guided her into being a great painter. Kim Hong Do is the man who teaches Yoon Bok how to paint and they develop a strong friendship of mentor and disciple. I very much like the song played in episode 2 part 6 at mysoju where courtesan Jeong Hyang played by Moon Chae Won, played the song Dong Chon Nion Lo, Han Jang on the gayageum. I liked it very much. Watch it if you are bored like me. I do not know why but i always like the korean dramas that is of another era. The olden times. Very relaxing the sounds of the music. Yesterday bought a diadora bag to replace my converse bag at queensway. Went with Yan. Then we visted her relative at NUH den we went to bugis to shop. But got this one weird lady outside the mujahidin mosque who asked money from me. Acting like she got asthma attack like that. But her acting was lousy and i just said sorry and left. Seemed ruthless but it was the truth. She was scary. Was very tired from all the window shopping but tml i shall go and buy a dress that i seem to like from arab street. just finished watching episodes of how i met your mother. Just gotta say that i love Barney's apartment. So stylish. I wish i could life like that. He is funny but u just gotta love his personality. but he does go out with too much women though. But i like him still anyways. I want him and robin to end up together but hey, u never really know how a story ends. If you've seen the show, you know that Ted is a bit of a sissy, well to me of course. But he's not tat bad. He cares. Okay next up, House. Love that show. Drama to the max but somehow quite real. Like the character of House cause he is cool. He knows stuff but he doesn't know everything. I have absolutely nothing to blog about...except for this. Have you ever felt like u studied someting a little too late. Like for example, you started to pick guitar lessons after high school and wished afterwards that if you knew how to play the guitar a little bit earlier, you could have become the talk of school! Or that you studied something easier to do on the 2nd year of pre-uni which could have helped you get better grade for a module on your 1st year. Well this happen to me. I am not popular and i wished i knew things earlier so that it could help me. But guess what this doesn't happen to people. I got a bad grade and in high school i was pretty much the lonely kid behind the class. Everyone could manipulate me. Even the teachers. But tell you one thing, i get my way sometimes when i am in power. Cause i was part-time councillor in school. Not that big a deal cause all councillors in school were pretty much just a political head. Not really in charge anyways. So i learned to stick with what i know and who i know. I get extra cash on festive days that was pretty much what friends was for, to me. Cause they too didn't care much. But as time got by. I liked to make people laugh. Sometimes they laugh at me, sometimes at my jokes. But i duno maybe deep down some of them resented me cause i made fun of them. And have you ever realised that something that may seem funny to you are not that funny to others. This kinda hurt takes long time to heal for someone. And also have you ever experienced something like this? Like you were walking minding your own business but suddenly you saw someone like, your past enemy but now she doesn't recognize you but you recognize her? this happen to me all the time. It is an irony when i say that i dun care what people think about me when i am always thinking of what the people around me are thinking when i am in the MRT. I am the kind who always takes personality as an important factor to look out in a friend. If that person has poor personality, it would seem that wen we go out, i would always be bored to tears. But the people around me have great personality so far except for some that i can't obviously mention. Okay i have finish this blog. i just got back from eating at clementi. I ate nasi ayam and drank teh ais! my fav drink. i ate a lot today. Rojak, ice jelly cocktail, bergedel, nasi ayam, teh ais. with some mixture of mi soto from my mum! hehe I am a fatso liao lah. Gotta watch my diet...hehe Today got the I&E thing...took so long...haix...went to Darussalam to pray 2 times hehe den got back to buy bag but instead we went to eat at clementi also coz west coast hawker center was closed...duno y... den i bought shoes instead! yeah! at Bata! I am one happy chick today! Love life! hehe Been addicted to the songs by lenka...hope that one day can do duet with friends! love to get other ppl voices rather than just ur one voice all the time..i dun sing that well btw. hehe partially tone deaf! haha I wana go watch DRAGONBALL EVOLUTION...anyone wana come? haix lonliness has striked again... :p Wednesday, March 11, 2009 @ 3:57 AM
afro here. Been fairly sick these few days, starting from last saturday till now. Tml i'm gona rush my work, the madrasah, questionaire, reading up on another madrasah work just so i can enjoy the whole day playing my guitar on a frend's frend's birthday surprise on thurs! Today even though i was sick, i still went for FB training coz it was recording for the seniors! Thank god i brought my cam. Juian used it to make videos for the graduation session this april. I still duno what to play on the girls graduation session. any song ideas? oh ya! btw i have done a cover on katy perry's i kissed a girl but i changed the lyrics cause i have never kissed a girl before except for my mum. afro here! I went to Chinese Garden with cyclo and cannie the other day and it was enjoyable with many fun moments! But at the end of the day, we were all very tired. The day was hot! Also after that i had to go to the airport to meet sery! Went with Ramizah! She was a great friend to have gone with me! thanx ramizah! Here are the some of the photos!    Went to cyclo's house yesterday to get songs and vid from her. After our hilarious karaoke session which made the sky looked so dark. We decided to record our first song duet! The song Lucky- Jason Mraz and Colbie Caillat. But it was just testing out. You can go and comment on it on YouTube if u have an account there. Or you can comment it here after you have watched it.
